Joseph A. Tripi, CPA
Joe is a proud graduate of St. John Fisher College, where he earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. With more than 35 years of experience, he has guided clients through decades of tax law changes while adapting to the evolving needs of taxpayers and small business owners. Joe specializes in thoughtful, individualized tax planning that supports clients as they move through each stage of their business and personal financial lives. He is passionate about building honest, long-term relationships and serving as a trusted advisor—helping small businesses grow, strengthen their operations, and plan confidently for the future. Shawn B. Peer, EA, MBA
With over 25 years of experience in accounting, an MBA in Management, and credentials as an Enrolled Agent, Shawn blends technical expertise with a practical understanding of the challenges faced in small business accounting. His personal and professional experiences equip him to provide each client with the attention, insight, and strategies they need to succeed, allowing them to focus on what they do best—running and growing their business. Tina Davis
Since 2001, Tina has been a cornerstone of our firm, helping clients navigate the complexities of bookkeeping, tax preparation, and payroll. As a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor and an IRS Registered Tax Return Preparer (2012), she combines technical proficiency with years of hands-on experience. Outside of the office, Tina and her husband are longtime residents of Webster. They are proud parents of two grown children who also call the local area home.

Kristin Naiko
Kristin is a graduate of Syracuse University, and joined us in 2021. As is the case in most accounting offices, lack of an organized support staff creates havoc. Kristin keeps us on task as she handles the central part of our organization. She ensures that client requests are timely addressed, and keeps the flow of tax season going as smoothly as possible.
